The Darling Texas Boutique
I know it's been a long time coming and I have not posted on the blog. I took a little break because I was getting back into the groove of teaching and getting everything settled with the new school year. It's always a busy time of the year and it doesn't really settle down until Thanksgiving. If I am being honest, it's super hard to balance teaching, the blog, my health, marriage and just life all at the time same time. I have learned that some things need to take a cut. At times, Styled by Sequins is the one that gets put on the back burner for a hot second. I will always promise you all that if there was a long time where I step away, I will always let y'all know. But your favorite blogger babe is back and here to stay!!
So what's been going on since July?! Well, school started and I'm back to teaching Kindergarten for my fifth year. I've had some awesome partnerships that I'm super excited. Those are coming soon... I've had some boutique modeling gigs and I have really loved those jobs. I'm always trying to explore new avenues and partnerships for Styled by Sequins. Some for myself and other for you all!! Since July, I've done some traveling here and there and already need a break from the vacation itself. Totally counter productive I know!!
I was fixin' to share about a darling boutique that I know you all will love. It's a local small boutique in Texas that has the cutest and trendiest pieces. It's called Pink Chandelier, they have a store front and online site too. Plus, they are all super affordable!
It's a funny story how I learned about this boutique and how I got connected. I always followed Pink Chandelier on Instagram. However, when Colin and I were in Belize for our anniversary trip this summer I ran into the shop owner, Leslie. We got to talking and we both found a common interest... clothes! (duh) I learned she had a boutique in Texas and she learned I was a fashion blogger. We decided to put out heads together and partner up! It was a small world to run into the shop own of a boutique I had followed for the longest time, then on top of it we ended up having a great relationship. Recently I headed down to the shop and we did a modeling shoot. It was a blast!! Y'all need to shop Pink Chandelier Boutique!! it's super darling. I will link it HERE!
Well y'all, besides being MIA, I'm back and will work harder to stay on top of things. Life just gets sooo busy!! Sometimes we need to step back and breath. it's uncomfortable, but so worth it.
Have a happy Monday!!
Love from Texas,
